Holistic Healing

This piece explores the connections that exist throughout everything in our world. I specifically chose plants that have brought me healing in my journey, such as lavender and cedar. The hands are the most heavily affected part of my body when it comes to my fibromyalgia and as I fail to find relief in the pharmaceutical industry, I have begun to explore holistic methods of healing. This, along with returning to indigenous wisdoms, is my attempt at healing the trauma and pain that I carry with me.
